Expected : Create a recurring service request (for exemple a database refresh) to maintain an environment closest to Production environment. today : To track any problem in production environment, we create a service request each day to refresh database from PRODUCTION to TEST or PREPROD. This is a manual action and we need to create it each days.

It will be a 'one-click action'. The next step is to automate it.

This is a great suggestion! We will consider this in our roadmap. However, instead of adding the ability to schedule multiple service requests we will be exposing APIs to do database refresh. This will enable you to use any kind of an orchestration framework, Logic Apps, Microsoft Flow or azure automation to do this on a daily basis.
