It is now possible to configure the Portal Comment Description field to use the Rich Text control. This is great for engineers when responding to customers. The formatting is rendered properly in Emails sent to the Customer that contain the contents of the portal Comment. However, the Rich Text HTML tags are displayed in the Case record Timeline in the Power Pages Portal that the customer accesses. This makes the Portal Comment practically unreadable in the Portal. Please update the Case timeline in the Power Pages Portal to properly render the HTML.
