Currently there is an option to easily select customer account, billing account, and delivery address, however there is no option to default and/or setup a payment account (e.g. 3rd party payment).

Not having the option to include a payment account (e.g. 3rd party payment), for purpose of potential payment references or payment history, the user might potentially ONLY rely on the billing account and payment methods.

Having the option to default the billing account to the new payment account, the user could potentially future inquiry, or report based on payment account basis.

Note: Potentially having a payment account, in addition to payment address, the user could potentially easily setup payment percentages per payment account or setup a payment network along with payment default methods.
