Customer is has suggested to add the option of adding the unknown Email address in the contact entity directly from the recipient tab of the Mail task. Customer stated that, there was a option in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 wherein the recipient which is been added to send the mail, if that recipient is unknown then use to appear in red. After click on that particular Email address it use to give the customer the option whether they need to add that contact in the contact entity. However that option is not there in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and customer is facing the inconvenience for the same. They need to create the contact through quick create and then only that contact is getting added in the contact. Customer want this feature of adding the contact directly through the Mail Task Recipient Tab to the contact list directly without performing the extra task of adding it from quick create.
