Adding a text field designated for certificate number would be helpful. A field to track the state where the certificate/license was issued would also be very beneficial.
At the moment, the system does not allow for the user to enter multiple certificates of the same type and start date ("duplicate values"). However there are instances where an employee may have two different certificates using the same type value which were also issued on the same date.
EX: 2 'QC' certificate records both for 1/1/2020 cannot be added to the worker record. And while they are using the same type in the system, the worker has two separate certificates we'd like to enter (one for FL and the other for NY for instance) without having to create more setup values.
Using a certificate number field as part of the duplicate validation would add a lot of flexibility to the functionality.
