I am using dynamics 365 but no app in the mobile phone, I wanted to understand if there was any mobile app that could record the calls made by it on dynamics

This idea was opened in the Customer Service workspace forum. Not sure if the question is about overall Dynamics 365 apps or specifically Customer Service workspace. However, Customer Service workspace is not supported on mobile devices. We are reviewing feedback for future prioritization but no plans as of now.
