On many screens in Business Central you can add a comment. Unfortunately you can't quickly see if there is any comment attached to Item/Document/... The user must manually click on the "Comment" button to see whether or not there is any comment attached. Reality is that users will be lazy or won't have the time to check this every time again, resulting in overlooking an important comment.

This problem can be solved by a typical badge counter: circle with a number in it attached in the right upper corner of the "comment" button.

Our users needs to close the information-part of the business central-page, since there are so much other information they need to be able to see. A mark that signifies that a comment has been made would be very helpful for them.

The 'badge counter' idea should be part of the overall user story to provide 'counters in lists' (where lists is not limited to list pages, but includes listparts and factboxes as well).
