Copy Organization number to Tax exempt number upon Vendor creation

As Organization number and Tax exempt number are closely connected (at least in Denmark), it would be a nice feature if Organization number automatically was copied to Tax exempt number when you create a new Vendor. Then, in the rare situations, where Tax exempt number differ from Organization number, you could manually correct it
