There are many actions which cannot be performed unless you are the creator of the survey or project, for example Move and Delete. But there is nowhere accessible in the UI where this information is shown (it can be seen in CDS, but it's inconvenient); in a project shared between multiple people it is inconvenient to ask each one to try to perform the steps.
And if a project or survey is created by a user who leaves the company, where does that leave us with the possibility of deleting that work, if needed? In this respect, maybe a possibility to "archive" projects might make sense, just to get them out of the "All projects" view once that job is done.
