It would be helpful to have a checkbox in the dialog of the activities during a mail merge to specify whether attachments should be added to the activity or not. Thanks.

Our Clients with CRM Online are getting an error if they are using mail merge and the application is timing out. The analysis of the problem showed that attaching the word-mailmerge to a group > 150 people is causing the timeout. So this change request is essential for this standard process

Because of limited space in crm online, it is important that the user is able to decide if the document from mailmerge is needed or not. On the other hand in crm online sharepoint is the prefered space for documents.
