For larger, more complex companies the current shared environment with 80 Gb in database size is not sufficient, whether moving from another ERP or a highly modified NAV On Prem environment the limitations are too severe to support a move to the cloud. Would like to see Microsoft add an additional tier option for Business Central at a steeper price point that would allow clients to move to a dedicated environment while still being managed by existing Microsoft tooling and embedding directly into O365. This would allow the same benefits as hosting on Azure while keeping the access to the native benefits of living in a true SaaS environment.
