I would like the system automatically to create a new case when email subject changes. I found the MS official documentation, but it has been confirmed that Power Automate cannot be implemented in On-premises environment.
Current CRM Setup:
Version: D365 v9 On-Premises
Email Settings:
a) Use folder-level tracking for Exchange folders (server-side synchronization must be enabled): No
b) Use correlation to track email conversations: Yes
c) Use smart matching: No
d) Track emails sent between Dynamics 365 users as two activities: Yes
e) Auto case creation rule: Refer to attached file for reference (if needed)
Please help me find a workaround for this scenario.
