Onboarding tasks are shown in the Task Management workspace as long as the worker has an active employment. Once the employment is terminated, all onboarding tasks assigned during that employment disappear.

This behavior is partially reasonable, as the onboarding process does not apply anymore for people who have already left the company. However, there are onboarding tasks that must be completed even after the worker's termination date, such as submitting employment forms to government agencies, updating worker's health care coverage, submitting employment details to external payroll offices, etc.

Such scenarios happen especially for workers with short employments. Hence, it would be useful if the system kept showing pending onboarding tasks even after the worker's termination date.
