Need to be able to select format of data in Customer Insights. At the moment numeric values are showing up as decimals.

The issue you describe is unclear. If you're referring to the Customer cards, then those are only intended for use by CI-Data administrators to validate if unification completed.  For this reason, we don't provide the same level of customization that you would expect for a display that was intended to be shared with an organization.
