Currently the onboarding process is for one email address - and once the user and vendor is "approved" then that user is in the system as an external user with Vendor external role. After this has happened you cannot use the same email again - because the system uses the email to create a user account for a prospective vendor onboarding; and now the user already exists. It will be better if we are allowed set up a prospective supplier with a supplier collaboration Portal in other Legal entity with the same email address.
