Purchase Credit Memo (Header and Line) API endpoint

Hello,


There is an API endpoint to CRUD Sales Credit Memos (header and line) via API, however there is no equivalent for Purchase Credit Memos.


I would like to suggest that an endpoint is created for Purchase Credit Memos.
