Same filter function as WEB UI

The unified interface makes it difficult to understand the use of filtering features in the default view.
The unified interface is inconvenient because users must operate the [Custom Filter] function in a separate window.
Users are frustrated because they have to use the Advanced Search feature.
The WEB UI filter function can be operated on one screen, which is very convenient.
It would be great if the unified interface can filter like Web UI does.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. The filtering has been improved since the time this idea was logged and it can now filter rows with blank values.

I think this problem is a one of bugs. Please fix it.
