TEAMS: When meeting is done and we review the Recap, we need a function button to "Share Recap with all Attendees", even those that are outside our domain.

Should have options for:

• Recap Only
• Also Share Transcript
• Also Share Recording
• Only share with Attendees
• Share with all that were invited
