We recently provisioned a customer on a U.K. tenant and found that the U.K version does not have reports such as the Trial Balance by G. Dim or the Trial Bal. Spread by G. Dim. These reports are critical for users and don't seem to be region specific. They are important to anyone using dimensions.

The reports available for example in a US tenant may be very different from any other tenants. A large part of the reports in the US are either changed or new, some even replaced with other reports. The reports you refer to are only in the US version.
And never had anyone request them either. We use the Analysis by Dimension reports instead, they are not limited to the two global dimensions.
The two report in question could easily be exported from a US tenant and added to an AL extension in the 50000-99999 range.
