Currently as part of the performance management process you have the ability to submit feedback regarding other workers in the system. Once you send the feedback multiple people get an email notifications including the manager of the person who sends the feedback. Customers are consistently asking if we could change who receives the emails and set rules up within. Unfortunately we have no access to the workflows that drive this functionality. I believe that having access to the Performance Management feedback form Workflow will greatly increase the flexibility for customers regarding the email notifications and fix a gap.

As part of the Employee development module you have the ability to send feedback about workers in the system. When you submit the feedback the manager is notified of the feedback. The client does not want managers to be constantly receiving notifications every time a feedback is sent. Could the managers notification be switched off or allow access to the workflow that powers these. Some client would not like to use this functionality if the notifications persist.
