Current Balance report is misleading as it shows the balance after taking into account future leave which has been approved but not yet consumed. So if an employee separates before taking the approved leave and we have to pay out the accrued leave then we have to check manually for each employee.
Please incorporate a "As of" functionality in the reporting (analytics) section of Leave Management so that we can get the leave balance as on a particular date.
