Teams meeting is normally used for more frequent and less expensive meeting method. To reduce the event management cost, a share account or service account delegation feature should be added to allow D365 event administrator to schedule Teams meetings under a common service account. Currently, there is no other way other than logging in as a service account and schedule sessions manually. Please refer to MS Booking feature for this request.
