People working in the HR department have mostly the same role. it's necessary that people working in the HR department are able to manage performance reviews or other "sensible" data means that they have access to data from all employees EXCEPT direct collegues working at the HR department. it will be necessary to have record based security to control access to records like in D365 Finance Each customer we have ask for this functionality Thanks
