It seems that currently change tracking and incremental push is not supported for composite entities.

It would be great if this feature becomes available, i.e. based on the change tracking information that is available on the primary / root entity of the composite entity.

It seems that such small step is still to long :(
Composite entities are still not supported for Incremental push.
So I did vote for this idea and also hope for soon solution.

Hi, If you try to configure a data project i.e. for "Outbound ASN" you will see that "Incremental push" is not supported for "Composite entities".
This means that all scenarios that might benefit of Composite entities (and it is about quite lot business scenarios) can not use the "Composite entities" to send out only created/modified data to the outside world and therefor you would need to flatten your data into a simple data entity to be able to make use of the outbound functionalities of the data management framework for the outbound flows.

In this example, I would i.e. need to get only recently created and not yet exported ASN messages. For a simple entity the "Incremental push" functionality is making it possible to have such a scenario. But for composite entities not yet.

If we see that the technological step, being the "SQL Change tracking" is already there, then realizing the "Incremental push for composite data entities" is actually so close to achieve and hopefully soon is there...
