Major need. Most of us have more contacts than leads we need to automated email responses like customer satisfaction or followups to Contacts.

This missing functionality from Sales Accelerator makes this excellent tool impossible to use effectively for those that drive their sales process through Contact engagement rather than the utilisation of Leads.

This would be really useful for Contacts. We don't work in a leads based sales business, ours deals with Contacts and the ability to put people into an automated sequence that has both automated emails and phone call activities is something that will improve things for us quite dramatically

This would make so much sense to have this on a Contact record. We haven't used leads in the past so all our prospect information is sitting in the CRM as Contact records

This is for Sales Accelerator Sequences. The automated email function has been left out of Contact sequences and only available for Leads.

Now Automated email can be used with Contact and Account as part of a Sales sequence (in addition to Leads and Opportunities)
