Charting functions are not accessible after opening a specific Account record and returning to the view. Appears that the screen is not fully refreshing on return.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Account view
2) Open Charts view on right side of screen
3) Open an Account
4) Save and Close
5) Try to access buttons in chart viewer, notice they appear to be either not fully displayed or unclickable
6) F5 refresh brings the page back into a usable state
