Currently there is an option to hide entity from none admin users, under data management > data entities > Hide entity field.

provided that we have 3000+ entities, it is very difficult and time consuming to select one by one.

We need to find a way to bulk update, either by allowing using excel addins or data entity, or any option to update it faster.
