Currently system allows to make a task template in the marketing app to be used in a Real time marketing journey, but it would really help if you also provide an ability to have a task template to use when a user creates a task from the timeline on the Contact form. This would save some time and allow staff to create tasks such as following up with a phone call or other items that they use repeatedly.
