User saves all the attachments in CRM which uses storage space.
User wants to have a folder where all these attachments can be stored in one location or folder.
Impact:

Storage is increased. Difficulty in having a backup of all the attachments outside CRM.
Ask:

All the email attachments should be stored in one location in CRM. So that we are able to retrieve the data and keep it as a backup.

Regarding this feature, why not let the system use an azure blob storage for this? There is already an addin for CRM Online which tries to accomplish this, but really this should be an out of the box feature.

Cant Believe Microsoft doesn't have this in their CRM product. Before changing to MSCRM, we used SalesLogix and this has been a standard for at lease 15 years. Such basic functionality.... Microsoft, the CRM Community needs this.
