Can MS please correct a couple of minor issues in relation to the GL Categories.

1. Can we please get consistent with the naming of the field on screens. It is referred to as the Account Subcategory in the Chart of Accounts List Accounts (16) & Accounts Card (17) pages - but as just Category almost everywhere else.
2. When creating a new company using the option called NO DATA, all of the visible tables are empty - except for the Account Category table. This makes it difficult to upload our own Category structure pre-existing ones. Can we please change /remove the trigger to NOT pre-load the table when the the NO DATA option is used.
