One of the best features I love in HubSpot is the Dropdown select they have. It allows each optionset value to be programmed if it shows in the form or not. This is fairly helpful if you have optionsets with a lot of values, and some don't apply as much anymore, but you still need them for records. Currently in CRM there is no way to manage optionset values and their visibility.
