Many of our customers have demands from their customers to just send one pdf containing both the salesinvoice and any attachments.

This is because many customers use 3rd party products like Kofax/Exflow and here it is not simple to handle the attachments in an automated way. So more and more customers ask for attachements to be merged into the same pdf as the invoice.

It would be good to have this setup option on the customer card:
create one pdf containing both invoice an attachements
