Journals forms like general journal, project item, counting, etc. have built in filters for user and user group which cannot be removed and block the sharing/publishing of filtered views for these forms. This would be a great feature to have since these personalized saved views are so widespread and convenient for updating screens without code. Code is still needed to update journal screens as of now.
