There is currently no way to format a numeric (decimal or floating point field) as a percent on the views or the forms. Please consider enabling the ability to format a numeric field for as a percent and to expand the user settings options to include a preferred format for percent values (just like it does for date/time and number formatting) and default the format to the user's culture settings.

This would remove the requirement to use the % symbol in the field label, and it would remove the requirement for users to enter and store percent values in multiples of 100; users type 100 for 100% instead of 1.00 and then must be adjusted when used in any calculation. This would also allow us to use % formatting in email messages that could also be formatted per the user's cultural settings without requiring custom code.
