The document check fact box pane allows users to see early on if there are mistakes that will prevent posting.

Team member users only have access to quote document which get converted to an order so when using a team member licence you can't see that you've made mistakes until after it's been approved and converted into an order.

It would be very useful to see if there are issues on a quote that will prevent posting, before it has been converted into an order. This would provide valuable information to approvers and allow them to reject incomplete quotes before they are processed.
