Our regular customers sometimes want to send an order as a gift, so they request a gift receipt instead of the standard order confirmation that shows prices. Currently the format of the gift receipt can only be set with the Pack Rule Code on the Customer record. We would like to be able to change it at the SO level so that would override the default from the Customer record when requested. Currently we use a multi-step, manual work-around to get a confirmation without prices into the shipping box.
