When the workflow required two line managers to approve the request, but some of the employees like VP's, CEO, or CFO just have one line manager only. So, when the workflow running the system send the request to the first line manager, and when the first approval takes action the system appears error as the first line manager of the employee doesn't have a manager at the position.

So, need to allow the system to ignore the error that comes in case the requester doesn't have a second line manager and workflow it's required two line managers of approvals.
