It would be nice to have the option to set up the expense report approval workflow so that if a delegate submits expenses, the requester (person who incurred the expenses) gets to see/approve the expense report before it gets submitted to their manager.
This is a functionality that is available in the Procurement and Sourcing workflow for purchase requisitions, however in the Expense Management module, the system seems to be set up in a way that doesn't separate the requester from the submitter.



I agree. This is what our users requested as well, and it makes sense for consistency between modules. It's hard to explain why the delegate functionality works differently for PR/PO VS Expenses. Thanks for your consideration!
