It would be beneficial to have a new setup option that allows you to control how the Posting Date in sales and purchase journals get suggested. The same should go for General Journals.
Currently we always get the date suggested that has been used on the line before.
It would be good to have options like
- last date
- work date
- no date
But you can also think about:
- first day of the current period
- last day of the current period
