report 5754 "Create Pick" with Create Pick Parameters as Initialize

The report 5754 "Create Pick" has a long list of parameters wich can be set with the InitializeReport function. It would be nice to replace the parameters with the "Create Pick Parameters" record. So we can extend the table and can add new parameters. This record can also be used to transfer the parameter in the OnPreDataItem() to the Create Pick codeunit.
