Approval entries should not be deleted together with documents since the entries are stored in a different table. This is so that approval entries can still be referred back for audit purposes even when documents (such SO, PO, etc) are deleted from the system.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason: if auditing is a business requirement, Change Log can be activated and keep the records as required. In case auditing is not required, deleting the entries with the document may help to keep the database size contained.
