Currently, when we add a new value to a dimension it is by default "Open" in all combinations. We work in a way that for at least certain dimensions we essentially want them "Blocked" and only Open against 1-2 values from another dimension. It would be great to be able to default to Blocked and just have to uncheck 1-2 combinations rather than having to Block 20+ for each new value.

A part solution could be to at least just have check boxes to open/block, or an Edit List, rather than have to click on an option, choose between open or blocked and click on OK. This is a least much faster to work with and can often be done with sequential tab and enter keystrokes.
