the search in the web client seems to use the same logic. so, please vote for a better search engine

In regard to the web client, I have tried your scenario but I do not have any page containing "Purchase Resource", it is likely that you have an extension installed. Would it be possible for you to take a screenshot of an instance of the issue?
Additionally, the search algorithm on the Forum and the one in the Web Client are not the same. The search on the Web Client should be guaranteed to assign the highest relevance score (inside a specific category) to a page containing all the search terms. If that is not the case, then it is a bug and not intentional.
