Dear All,


We have encountered this issue over the past two months.

When the service is not available, the error message does not indicate a service outage; instead, we receive an error related to the XML schema.

In addition, the field mapping is not accessible, and we have no possibility to check or update the settings.

Could you please change this functionality so that:

  • It clearly indicates when the service is not available.
  • Even if the service is unavailable, we can still view and modify the field mapping settings.

This issue has caused many problems and significant additional workload due to this missing functionality.
