The quick view forms can be extremely helpful, but have a few issues that could be easily fixed.
1) As you can see in the attached screenshot, the fields in the form behave as though they are editable, but are read only. Since they do not display a padlock, users are getting confused as to why they can't edit the info.
2) The format of them does not communicate to the user that they are a "sub item". The tiny left indent is not enough, and the top and bottom padding just makes them look like the form was poorly designed. If this form could have a border, or some sort of shading, it might better communicate this.
