Dashboard and charts layout have too many spaces in-between. The design view shows the alignment right, but the alignment changes and extra spaces are introduced after the changes are published. The issue can be reproduced with System and Personal dashboards.

Repro Steps:

1. In CRM 2013 navigate to Sales > Dashboard.
2. Click on New
3. Choose a 3 column Regular Dashboard layout > click on Create
4. Enter in a Display name
5. Within the section on the 1st component click on the List icon.
6. Record Type: Account and View: My Active Accounts.
7. Hit Add.
8. Click on the Ellipses from the ribbon and click on 'Increase Width'.
9. Click on the Component besides the 1st component and click on the List icon.
10. Select Record Type: Activities and View: My Activity
11. Click on Add
12 Click on the Ellipses from the ribbon and click on 'Decrease Height'.
13. Click on the Component below the 1st component and click on the List icon.
14. Select Record Type: Contacts and View: My Active Contact
15. Click on Add
16. Click on the Ellipses from the ribbon and click on 'Increase Width'.
17. Click on the Component below the 2nd component and click on the List icon.
18. Select Record Type: Opportunities and View: My Open Opportunities
19. Click on Add
20. Click on the Ellipses from the ribbon and click on 'Increase Height'.
21. Click on Save.
22. Now select the new Dashboard you created.

Actual Result:

Expected Result:

There should not be any blank spaces between the Components on Dashboard.
