Hey guys, I'm currently running a trial instance of Dynamics 365 (Online) but had an issue where an new O365 user does not sync to Dynamics after I assign a license to that user from the O365 admin center.
I was struggling since two days as to why the user is not reflecting in Users page ( Dynamics 365 custom> Advance Settings> System title> Security > Users
Solution is:
1. Go to Power Platform admin center > Environments> Sales Trial (select the instance for your Dynamics 365) >Settings (Go to Access tile) >In Users tile, click on See all
2. Click on Add User
3. Enter Name or Email Address of the User (created in Office 365 admin center)
4. Click Add
5. Select the Role of user (example: System Administrator is already selected as Role)
6. Add another role than System Administrator
7. Click on Save
8. Click on Refresh button (next to Add User button)
9. Name and Username of user is reflected
