It is my belief that the B2B site should provide the ability for the user to order product easily but without sacrificing functionality.
To this end, at checkout the B2B system should optionally request:
- Customer reference (This is mostly always captured on orders in D365)
- Requested Ship date
- Pick notes - these could be some instructions that would print on the pick route or added as attachments on the order
