With the new return flow that has been released in .39 it is possible to setup return item policies and execute a blind return. Currently the blind receiving is not taking the return item policies into account. When an item is setup as "Not allowed" the user is still allowed to receive those items. I like that it is possible as an exception and I see some use cases for it, but I think some customers would like to prevent it. It would be nice to have an extra parameter on the "Return item policies" where we can choose if return items policies should be taken into account.
