To provide a better "whole in one" user-experience the room entity should be connected to the administrated rooms of the Exchange side (same tenant).

A Room-Reservation record in Dyn365CE should be lead to a room Booking/Appointment on the Exchange side. The room availability (Exchange side) should be provided while creating the Event-Record of Dyn365CE system.
